Arrangement 1

The most versatile system designed for handling a wide range of material widths and thicknesses. Coil load car provides efficient coil loading and the combination peeler / threader / debender/ hold down station and exiting thread table allow one operator to power thread material from the reel to servo roll feed entry.

Arrangement 2

This system features a pull-off reel and powered straightener to supply a free loop of stock to the servo roll feed. This high peed system is preferred for minimum or non-marking light gauge operations.

Arrangement 3

The servo feeder/straightener removes coil curvature and accurately indexes material into the press. This cost effective system requires much less floor space than a powered straightener type system and is designed to run lighter gauge material.

Arrangement 4

This system includes a powered coil reel and motorized hold down arm, with clock spring guard. The motorized wheel and thread table allow smooth threading into the servo feeder / straightener. This system can be used for various types of material.

Arrangement 5

This system includes a coil load car and combination peeler/ threader/ debender/ hold down station and exit thread table to efficiently process a wide range of material widths and thickness. The system provides efficient loading, threading and set up operations while minimizing floor space requirements.

Arrangement 6

This space saving system was developed to efficiently process up to ¼” thick coiled steel for operations with limited floor space without sacrificing productivity. This compact system features hands free power threading for quick coil changes and a technologically advanced servo roll feed drive and control package for easy job setups. This application can also feature a free standing PTH station.

Arrangement 7

Cradle straighteners are easy to load and will accept any ID of coil. Heavy duty cradle side plates and nesting rolls confine the coil for control of heavy gauge materials. A properly sized straightener is driven from the common cradle drive for trouble free payout of straightened material to the servo roll feed. A combination hold down and threading unit may be supplied for handling over 3/16” thick coiled steel.

Arrangement 8

Enclosed loop systems provide safe forced loop storage and are a preferred method for handling heavy gauge coil stock. Powered straighteners are specifically designed for inline reverse loop usage. Then enclosed loop system is sized and equipped for the customer’s specific handling requirements. These units are matched with a servo roll feed system with a powerful AC closed loop servo drive system for trouble free handling and feeding of heavy gauge coil stock.

Arrangement 9

This system is essentially the same as system 8 with the addition of a pull-thru straightener mounted on the servo feed. This second straightener allow for flatness adjustments to be made just prior to the feed rolls.

Arrangement 10

This cost effective system is utilized to handle form 0.060” to 0.375” thick mild steel coil stock in a confined floor space of less than 25’. The servo driven feeder/straightener removes coil curvature and accurately indexes material into the press.
